Horseback Riding

• Saturdays & Sundays only
• Sat: 11:30AM-5:30PM
  Sun: 12:30PM-5:30PM

• PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED TIME. Due to limited number of horses available, availability cannot be guaranteed if customers arrive late.
• Please book the horseback riding appointments at a different time slot from the ATV Tour so that the appointments would not overlap. Angel Pines Safari is not responsible for overlapping appointments made by customers.
• Payment must be made upon check-in before the ride starts.

SAFETY POLICIES

• All riders must sign the waiver for the horseback riding upon check-in.
• Please follow the instructions given by the operator. If riders fail to follow the instructions and cause serious risks to the animals and staff, as well as damage to our property, the operator reserves the right to refuse service and remove said individuals from the ride and even from our premises WITHOUT REFUND. Local authorities will be contacted in case the situation escalates.
• Angel Pines Ranch reserves the right to refuse service to non-qualified or uncooperative riders and is not responsible for any injuries if the riders fail to follow instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellation or any other adjustment to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours before your reserved time. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND.
• Please contact us via SMS at (832) 819-0450 as soon as possible if you have any question or concern regarding our cancellation and refund policies.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & OTHER UNEXPECTED REASONS

• Horseback Riding will be cancelled by Angel Pines Safari under these circumstances:
  • Sights of lightning or severe weather advisory (thunderstorms, hurricanes, etc.). Light showers are tolerated.
  • Horses are not available due to illness or injuries;
  • Horse trainer is not available.
• If cancellation is made by Angel Pines Ranch due to poor weather conditions or other unexpected reasons, customers will be notified and assisted with the rescheduling or refunding process.
