Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept both cash and card, as well as NFC payment (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.). And if you pay for any kind of deposit, it will be accounted into the total and you can pay the remaining upon arrival.

Q: Do we need to make reservations for the safari drive?
A: Angel Pines Safari will be open to the public during business hours, and we welcome walk-ins (or in this case, drive-ins). Animal Meet & Feed, including the Safari Drive-thru and Petting Zoo, will be on the first come first served basis.

Q: How do we pay for tickets?
A: All purchases will be made on-site as we have not had the system for online payments just yet. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you once we meet.

Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: If your pets are friendly, 1000% YES PLEASE! If not so much, it’s okay, we’ll take our chances, as long as they are on leash and under control. Please help us keep our safari clean by cleaning up after your pets. We’d truly appreciate it!

ATV Rentals

Q: Is there an age limit for ATV rentals?
A: Yes. You must be 16 and up to operate the ATV. NO EXCEPTIONS! A valid Driver’s License may be required upon check-in. Angel Pines Safari reserves the right to refuse service to non-qualified renters.

Q: Are helmets required?
A: Yes, helmets are mandatoryand will be provided by Angel Pines Safari. Please understand that we only have the standard-sized helmets for general use. If we don’t have the right size for your helmet, we would gladly offer a refund. Your safety is our first priority. We also provide goggles but they are optional. Neck gaiters are available for sale.

Q: Is there a dress code for ATV Tours?
A: Angel Pines Safari is an outdoor family-friendly facility. Dress as comfortably as possible yet also appropriately and we are ready to go. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Brand-new and/or white sneakers are not recommended unless you don’t mind getting them dirty.

Q: Can we do walk-ins for ATV Tours?
A: Yes, however, we highly recommend booking in advance and pay the deposit online to guarantee your spots, especially during the weekend. We have a limited amount of ATVs and our tours are time-specific, therefore walk-ins will be on a first come first served basis with no guarantee of availability.

Q: Can two adults ride together?
A: Yes, we do have an option for 2 adults to double up and ride together.

Q: Can my kids ride with me?
A: We do allow up to 2 minors aged 2-15 to ride along with a parent/guardian per ATV free of charge. However, if there is another adult passenger, we would only allow 1 minor due to safety reasons. With kids under 2 years old, a baby carrier is required (not provided by Angel Pines Safari).

Q: How long is the ride?
A: An ATV Standard Tour is 30-minute long that will cover up to 500 acres of our property. As for the ATV Twilight Tours, it will be a 60-minute tour with various checkpoints for scenic as well as animal photoshoots along the tour.

Q: What happens if we cannot make it there on time?
A: We require that you show up at least 15 minutes before the reserved time to get prepared and go through the instructions with our operator. Our tours are time-specific and we’d rather not let other customers wait. Arriving late for your appointment will result in cancellation without any refund, as all deposits are non-refundable, unless Angel Pines Safari has to cancel the tours in case of severe weather or other emergencies.

Q: Do I get to ride through the safari where the animals are?
A: The ATVs can be loud, maybe too loud for some animals. They might get scared off, or they might get aggressive. Therefore we would advise against it. However, with the ATV Private Tours, we may be able to stop nearby and approach the animals on foot if you would like to interact with them. In this case, please cooperate with the instructor to ensure an ultimately fun and safe experience.

Q: What are the differences between an ATV Twilight Tour and an ATV Standard Tour?
A: The ATV Twilight Tour lasts twice as long (60-min vs. 30-min), only happens after 6pm or during sunset (depending on seasons), and takes you further and deeper into our safari where you get to experience the excitement of an EXCLUSIVE off-road adventure with your friends and family.

Q: What is ATV Jr.?
A: Unlike the regular ATV tours, ATV Jr. is specifically designed for kids, with a closed hay-track in our Playground area where kids from age 5-15 can ride by themselves. Each ride lasts up to 10 minutes.

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: Please book online with us at https://angelpinesranch.as.me/ and pay for the deposits to reserve your spots. You will pay the remaining upon check-in for your appointment.

Q: What should I do if I still need more information or want to make a reservation?
A: Please leave us a text message at (832) 819-0450 and we will assist you as soon and as much as we can.
