ATV Tours

• Up to 5 ATVs available per tour
• Due to safety concerns and recent events, we are no longer able to accommodate more than 5 ATVs per tour for larger groups. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

• Must be at least 16 years old to operate the ATV. NO EXCEPTION!
• A valid state-issued form of photo ID (ex. driver’s license, state ID, school ID, military ID, US or foreign passport) is required upon check-in for ID verification purposes.

• PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED TIME. Arriving late for your reserved time may result in AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Please bring your valid state-issued photo ID and present the confirmation message upon check-in. Failure to present the confirmation message may result in refusal of service.
• All payments must be made upon check-in before the tour starts.

SAFETY POLICIES

• Please follow the instructions given by the operator. If renters fail to follow the instructions and cause serious risks to other renters and staff, as well as damage to our property, the operator reserves the right to refuse service and remove said individuals from the tour and even from our premises WITHOUT REFUND. Local authorities will be contacted in case the situation escalates.
• RENTERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES caused by failure to follow instructions. Our staff will file an incident report and collect your information, and we will reach out to you once we have a detailed report of the repair costs and/or the insurance claim (if staff was involved and injured by the incident).
• Angel Pines Ranch reserves the right to refuse service to non-qualified or uncooperative renters and is not responsible for any injuries if the renters fail to follow instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellation or any other adjustment to your appointment can only be done online at least 12 hours before your reserved time. In case of last-minute changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we may help you reschedule, that way you will be able to keep your deposits. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, in case you made the cancellation because you wanted to reschedule or tried to make some changes to the appointment, the previous deposit will be accounted to the total when you pay upon arrival. In this case, please notify us by leaving us a message at (832) 819-0450.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

• ATV Tours will be cancelled by Angel Pines Safari if there are sights of lightning or if there is a severe weather advisory (thunderstorms, hurricanes, etc.). Light showers are tolerated. Rain coats and shoe covers are available for sale at Angel Pines.
• If cancellation is made by Angel Pines Ranch due to poor weather conditions or other unexpected reasons, renters will be notified and assisted with the rescheduling process.
